[Pharmacology] Trichloroisocyanuric acid is a kind of disinfectant and antiseptic. It can be hydrolyzed in water to form strong oxidizing hypochlorous acid, which can release active chlorine and nascent oxygen, the oxidation effect of hypochlorous acid and active chlorine Chlorination together form the disinfection mechanism of this product. Among them, the oxidation of hypochlorous acid is the most important disinfection effect. Hypochlorous acid exists in the form of molecules in water. Because it has no charge, it diffuses and penetrates cell membranes faster than charged hypochlorous acid ions. Hypochlorous acid acts on bacterial (toxin) body protein, destroys its phosphate dehydrogenase or oxidizes with protein, causing bacteria (virus) to die.
